All our villas in Majorca are different, and they are all special. The view may vary, but the quality does not. Our philosophy is simple. We want you to be happy. We want your villa holiday in the sunshine to bring a smile to your face every time you remember it for the rest of your life! So we pay attention to detail. We listen to what you tell us you want, and how we can make your experience even better. And if things do go wrong, we have someone on the spot who speaks your language and can sort out the problem – fast. We describe our villas and our holiday resorts as honestly as we can, and will be happy to help you choose according to your circumstances and preferences. So, Puerto Pollensa or Cala D'Or? Lazing by the pool or a day out in Palma? A buzzing coastal resort or a peaceful fishing village? Whatever you go for, we want you to love it, and we are confident that you will.

We rented the house for two weeks for a family with one child. First of all, Joan Marc is very passionate about his house and you feel he really cares about what he is offering to you for rent. That nice passion passes too. Joan Marc was very helpful at the time we were still considering where and what to rent as well as before and at the time of our arrival. All information and recommendation were very helpful and proved useful. The house is nice and convenient. Everything at the house and all the appliances were working very well. Internet connection was perfect (important for those who has to work during the vacation). The house still has some fashion charm, and we especially liked the wooden sun blinds. The back yard / garden is a closed area which is being kept clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is just excellent, especially for kids (but is enjoyable for adults too). It is clean and safe, and was very helpful when it was windy by the sea. The more we were staying in the house, the more we liked it. The house is located close to a few supermarkets and beaches, though we were always using a car to go there (mostly because it was a bit too hot to walk around around mid-day). L'Escala is a lovely town, very conveniently located if one wants to travel around Costa Brava and northern Catalunya. There are so many nice places within about one up to two hours drive. There are also many nice places to visit in L'Escala itself. Recommendations of Joan Marc re restaurants proved to be excellent - local cuisine in L'Escala is second to none. The house is definitely one of the best vacation houses available in L'Escala. We were very happy that we spent our vacation in the house, and we would highly recommend it.
Internet Service: We will make every effort to have the internet service up and running. However, we can make no guarantee for continuous service during your stay due to user error, down provider services, or equipment malfunction. Service is not always reliable; however, we offer our tenants the use of our Business Center Monday-Saturday 9-3 which includes free WiFi as an alternative (again as long as the provider's service is available). We recommend that you refer to the trouble shooting tips listed in each home.

Second homes are immensely popular, particularly during Canada's summer season. They are referred to differently in different parts of the country; in Ontario it is usually 'cottage', while 'cabin' or 'the lake' is used in much of the rest of Canada. In Ontario, the most popular destination is the Muskoka region of Ontario, known for its many lakes and forests. Muskoka is even referred to as "cottage country" and sees over 2.1 million visitors annually. On the East Coast, the Maritimes are home to many oceanfront cottages. Likewise, British Columbia on the West Coast is another popular vacation destination for seekers of vacation properties. In the Canadian Prairies and British Columbia Interior, vacation properties are located near or on freshwater lakes. Chalets at ski resorts are also common during winter.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Fernandina Beach has commenced the beach renoursishment project and many areas of the beach will be affected.  Equipment for the next scheduled maintenance dredging is now set up in the Dolphin Street parking lot at Main Beach. The beach renourishment project began in 2017 but ended before completion due to sea turtle season. The dredging will begin again in December 2018 and will last approximately three months. The beach will remain open to residents and visitors outside the work areas, with piping being buried as much as possible. The Dolphin Street parking lot will be closed until cleared of equipment along with some private and rental property beach access.
Baron Group Malta was the brain child of two young Gozitan entrepreneurs with a passion for architecture and, above all, the island of Gozo. Their dream was to transmit the architectural heritage left by our forefathers for our generation and future ones, plus foreigners from around the world, to enjoy and appreciate such a rich culture which distinguishes our small island. We offer unique accommodations and the possibility to flavour the Gozitan way of living.
