What a fantastic place to end our visit to Italy!! The villa is breathtaking, we enjoyed every minute. We only wished we had had more time here. We loved visiting the local towns, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ostuni. The atmosphere, ambience and weather at Villa Santoro will never be forgotten by us."

Reservations & Deposits: Reservations are taken on a conditional basis. Your lease is fully confirmed once the landlord has executed it with their signature and payment has cleared. In order to secure your booking, your lease and deposit must be returned within 7 days. Deposits may be made by check, credit/debit card, or money order. Overseas transactions must be paid in US funds through a US bank, with any and all fees associated with payment being the sole responsibility of the TENANT. The processing and damage fee are required on all leases. Final payment and cleaning fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival. A late payment fee of $25 will be applied to all late payments.

Ive been coming here for 7 years already and i keep coming here because their siu mais are very good and their sticky rice tamales are one of the bests ive had. This place has really good service and its not packed to the point where u have to wait in line for food. The restaurant is a very good size and they have an event hall too when they need more room. Price is more reasonable then happy garden and new canton. Parking is easy, and their food is consistant, the same everytime i come. Havent tried dinner here yet though this review is for dim sum only!!
Nerja's most spectacular and one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions is the fascinating 'Cuevas de Nerja' (Caves of Nerja), located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as 20,000 year old paintings, pre-historic remains and the world's biggest stalactite to stalagmite formation. Boasting 16 kilometres of beaches and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available in the area, including scuba diving and sailing.
Some of the holiday homes at Lalandia are specially equipped for disabled visitors. The holiday homes are on one level, and there is space to, for instance, move a wheelchair around the entire holiday home, as there are extra wide doors. The bathroom is equipped with toilet armrests, while the toilet itself is at an elevated height. In addition, there are handles for disabled use in the showers and by the hand basins. In the kitchen, the microwave oven can be operated at table height.
Some people have posted horrible pictures on this yelp review site, but I have never had any issues with the quality of food here, and my mom liked everything and she knows how to cook and had a built in Wok at her last house having taken classes in Chinese cooking.  It seems a lot of people get To-go orders from here I guess they are freaked out by the mostly empty place, I am sure more will come back once Bell-Air is done with construction.
We rented the house for two weeks for a family with one child. First of all, Joan Marc is very passionate about his house and you feel he really cares about what he is offering to you for rent. That nice passion passes too. Joan Marc was very helpful at the time we were still considering where and what to rent as well as before and at the time of our arrival. All information and recommendation were very helpful and proved useful. The house is nice and convenient. Everything at the house and all the appliances were working very well. Internet connection was perfect (important for those who has to work during the vacation). The house still has some fashion charm, and we especially liked the wooden sun blinds. The back yard / garden is a closed area which is being kept clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is just excellent, especially for kids (but is enjoyable for adults too). It is clean and safe, and was very helpful when it was windy by the sea. The more we were staying in the house, the more we liked it. The house is located close to a few supermarkets and beaches, though we were always using a car to go there (mostly because it was a bit too hot to walk around around mid-day). L'Escala is a lovely town, very conveniently located if one wants to travel around Costa Brava and northern Catalunya. There are so many nice places within about one up to two hours drive. There are also many nice places to visit in L'Escala itself. Recommendations of Joan Marc re restaurants proved to be excellent - local cuisine in L'Escala is second to none. The house is definitely one of the best vacation houses available in L'Escala. We were very happy that we spent our vacation in the house, and we would highly recommend it.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Fernandina Beach has commenced the beach renoursishment project and many areas of the beach will be affected.  Equipment for the next scheduled maintenance dredging is now set up in the Dolphin Street parking lot at Main Beach. The beach renourishment project began in 2017 but ended before completion due to sea turtle season. The dredging will begin again in December 2018 and will last approximately three months. The beach will remain open to residents and visitors outside the work areas, with piping being buried as much as possible. The Dolphin Street parking lot will be closed until cleared of equipment along with some private and rental property beach access.
This holiday home in L'Escala was wonderful. We stayed for 4 full weeks and there were 5 of us most of the time. This home is very well maintained and everything worked. The beds are comfortable and we were never short of hot water for showers. The kitchen is compact but very adaquate. We all enjoy cooking, consequently, we cooked most of our own meals and some of them were rather elaborate. The location of this home is rather beautiful. The common area with the swiming pool is very well maintained with a beautiful lawn and nice landscaping. The front and back yards of the home are both equiped with table and chairs which made it easy for us to spread out and do our owns things. The yard facing the pool has a good barbeque which proved handy. This property is also within walking distance of 3 good grocery stores and a very nice wine shop. It is also within walking distance of the beach and several local attractions. In addition it is very close to the main highway access for people with a car wanting to explore more of the area. The owner of the property, Joan Marc, is easy to contact by phone or e-mail and is most helpful. We found he dealt with any little problem we encountered quickly and efficiently. He also provided us with lots of ideas for enjoying the local area. We will be recommending this holiday home in L'Escala to all of our friends and neighbors. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. If you're holidaying with children, check too that the pool has a shallow end and a shelved entrance or steps for toddlers. Other factors to consider include whether the pool is exclusive to your villa or shared with other properties, and whether there enough sun beds for everyone travelling.

On Monday the 7th of January, the Rethymnon group of the Cretan International Community will meet at 11:00 am for their monthly Coffee Morning.
