Cleaning Policy: Rental homes are professionally cleaned before and after every rental at the tenant’s expense. The customary charge is listed on the data sheet and delineated in your lease. Additional charges will apply for excessive cleaning, replacement of furniture to its original place, and/or laundering of linens. For long term stays, (3 weeks or longer), mid stay cleanings, at the tenants’ expense, are required and scheduled by our office. The mid stay cleaning is a light cleaning of the common areas. If you arrive at your home and believe that the house has not been cleaned to your satisfaction you must notify the office within 24 hours.

Please don't eat here or claim this is good or even decent dim sum. My BF's mom noticed that the other table had some better looking beef balls and asked why ours was so red and pink. The dim sum lady was rude af. My BF's mom told her and asked for a new plate that we conveyed we were willing to pay for, we just wanted to see how they compared in color and taste. The dim sum lady basically snapped back saying she knows nothing (I guess she's tryna camo Jon Snow) because she just serves the food and doesn't cook it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and provide good customer service, she was just being plain rude.

Wonderfully updated and restored turn of the century "mansion" with pool, high ceilings, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The owner/manager was very helpful meeting the first guest to arrive, coming by to check on us and offering helpful information re:stores, restaurants, etc. many within walking distance. The location is far enough from the busy part of town to be quiet yet close enough to walk to (particularly down hill into town). Only minor complaint is that the bathrooms were not "en suite" as they appeared to be in the photos. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that I have no hesitancy recommending to others. … see more

I looked at the other reviews. I am all for a clean kitchen but I think people are unrealistically unaware of the fact that all restaurants have bug problems (but pay for pest control to keep it down) and use spoiled veggies to reduce costs (yet hopefully weed through them well). My brother worked at a Round Table pizza in town before where they used tomatoes covered in mold for the marinara sauce. Don't be deceived by good interior decorating. Also, this place is a family business, not the McDonalds drive thru. Don't go here if you are in a hurry.
