Luxury holiday accommodation at garden level, has 3 bedrooms with stunning sea views across Crantock beach from the sitting/dining room and all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors out onto the terrace. There are a further two bedrooms with zip-and-link beds and the other with a double bed, both of which also have patio doors into the garden.
Pets/Allergies: We can make NO GUARANTEE for an allergen-free home. We know allergies are a serious health matter and as such, must strictly abide by our no pet’s policy. Allowing pets on the premises, either your own or a guests will result in a $500 penalty and subject to immediate termination of your lease. No refunds will be issued. If your rental is pet friendly and you plan to bring a pet to the property a Pet Addendum will need to be signed and an additional $100 will be charged for additional cleaning.
This luxury three storey self-catering holiday home has 4 double bedrooms and stunning sea views from all principle rooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite shower room; the second bedroom, a zip-and-link king size bed with en-suite shower room; the third bedroom has a zip-and-link super-king size bed and finally, the fourth bedroom has two single beds. It also has two large balconies overlooking the sea and a large second living area.

Yuma's historic downtown began as a rope crossing for the Colorado River in the 1840s. The earliest adobe homes were lost to floods in the early 1900s, and the current buildings along Main Street were built in the 1920s. Because of this, Downtown Yuma has a definite art deco flair, blending with the desert landscape and the palm trees to create a beautifully unique neighborhood. With its fountains and brick-paved walkways, Historic Main Street is the ideal location for festivals and street fairs.
We rented the house for two weeks for a family with one child. First of all, Joan Marc is very passionate about his house and you feel he really cares about what he is offering to you for rent. That nice passion passes too. Joan Marc was very helpful at the time we were still considering where and what to rent as well as before and at the time of our arrival. All information and recommendation were very helpful and proved useful. The house is nice and convenient. Everything at the house and all the appliances were working very well. Internet connection was perfect (important for those who has to work during the vacation). The house still has some fashion charm, and we especially liked the wooden sun blinds. The back yard / garden is a closed area which is being kept clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is just excellent, especially for kids (but is enjoyable for adults too). It is clean and safe, and was very helpful when it was windy by the sea. The more we were staying in the house, the more we liked it. The house is located close to a few supermarkets and beaches, though we were always using a car to go there (mostly because it was a bit too hot to walk around around mid-day). L'Escala is a lovely town, very conveniently located if one wants to travel around Costa Brava and northern Catalunya. There are so many nice places within about one up to two hours drive. There are also many nice places to visit in L'Escala itself. Recommendations of Joan Marc re restaurants proved to be excellent - local cuisine in L'Escala is second to none. The house is definitely one of the best vacation houses available in L'Escala. We were very happy that we spent our vacation in the house, and we would highly recommend it.

La proximité rêvée de la mer, à 30 mètres de la plage de Ker Châlon ile d'yeu, de cette maison indépendante à louer et directement accessible de la gare maritime de Port Joinville par le beau chemin côtier "rue de la plage", lui procure tout ce charme désiré pour une location saisonnière de meublés.
