Our experience both with you and at 32 Marble Arch budget Flats has been fantastic. Regarding your customer service I can only say that in our interaction you have been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful; I can only thank you so much. Personnel from reception was very kind and also very helpful, attending our requests. The place itself I consider to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and -except on weekends- with daily cleaning service. The location is simply superb.
My only Critique is that the Chef cooks the garlic a tad too much for the 5 pepper beef, and I would love it is he read this and did not toast them that much, possibly tossing it all in a wok to mix it up and the garlic may stick to the Deep fried beef more, and not enough of the 5 peppers was added to our dish tonight. The menu said Pan fried, but it is deep fried, but the beef is very tender.

Spacious premier suite room. Amazing bathroom (my son loved it so much). Stunning views from our room and the infinity pool. Just a road away from KSL shopping mall. I love the prompt check in and out service, amazing bell boy and prompt response time when we ask for housekeeping. Many restaurants around the hotel. GREAT Thai Odyssey massage at level 6 and hair saloon at ground level (look for jack if you’re there). Very nice nasi lemak for breakfast.
