Cleaning Policy: Rental homes are professionally cleaned before and after every rental at the tenant’s expense. The customary charge is listed on the data sheet and delineated in your lease. Additional charges will apply for excessive cleaning, replacement of furniture to its original place, and/or laundering of linens. For long term stays, (3 weeks or longer), mid stay cleanings, at the tenants’ expense, are required and scheduled by our office. The mid stay cleaning is a light cleaning of the common areas. If you arrive at your home and believe that the house has not been cleaned to your satisfaction you must notify the office within 24 hours.

This property is in a perfect location, just a 5 min drive or 15-20 minute walk from the old town and beaches and a 5 min walk to a lidl and mercadona supermarket. The villa is in a private little area accessible only through the properties surrounding the pool. On street parking was always available outside. Everything you need inside: washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, outside seating front and back of the property, clothes airer, fan, smart tv, dvd player (no HDMI cable so couldn't use it but logged into our netflix account. Joan Marc said it may have gone when the new tv arrived so he will get a new one), wifi. The area is beautiful with the ruins, small and beautiful medieval town, the old town and further along a busier more touristy area but still not massively commercialised. In the surrounding area there are waterparks, watersports, stunning beaches within short driving distance (Montgo). Parking in the area is great, mostly free on the streets, near beaches and free car parks - small areas are pay for parking but mostly in the old town area so makes driving more accessible. The ting ting train runs all the time and is great if you walk along to any of the towns/beaches then don't want to walk back :) One minor downside was that on arrival at the property at 9pm saturday night there had been a misunderstanding with the cleaner and our arrival date so we had no towels or bedding but the lovely man who let us in; Josep couldn't do enough to help and we got some blankets and towels (too hot for anything more than a sheet luckily). We emailed the owner Joan Marc who was abroad himself but he replied very quickly and had a cleaner round first thing in the morning and then the lady who dealt with the bedding and towels arrived and sorted all of that out, he also offered an additional clean if we wanted it in the week but we didn't feel it was necessary, we were just happy it was all sorted so quickly and we could enjoy our holiday.

Eating out is a real pleasure in Majorca but be warned – you may not feel like cooking at the villa once you have sampled what is on offer in the restaurants. The seafood is sublime! Sea bass baked in rock salt is an island classic, and the catch of the day might include squid, lobster and sardines. But you don’t have to rely on what comes out of the sea – there are plenty of meat options, from fillet steak to lamb shank. Try the smaller family-run [more] places that will give you a huge welcome and are happy to advise you on your choice of tapas and other traditional Spanish food such as slow roasted lamb, rabbit with crayfish or sobrassada, a meaty spicy sausage. For your pud try the ensaimada, a very sweet, spiral-shaped pastry dessert. To finish your meal, you could try Hierbas - also known as Herbes - a local liqueur produced using fennel and other herbs and spices. Hierbas tastes of aniseed, similar to Pernod or Ouzo. Then there are the cafes where you can enjoy the great Majorcan desserts and cakes. Calories consumed on holiday don’t count! [less]

Ive been coming here for 7 years already and i keep coming here because their siu mais are very good and their sticky rice tamales are one of the bests ive had. This place has really good service and its not packed to the point where u have to wait in line for food. The restaurant is a very good size and they have an event hall too when they need more room. Price is more reasonable then happy garden and new canton. Parking is easy, and their food is consistant, the same everytime i come. Havent tried dinner here yet though this review is for dim sum only!!

Horrible customer service. The food is no different from the bad service. There's only one little old lady who speaks english. The owner is a rude older man who doesn't speak english, but he yells at the workers non stop in front of the costumers. The owner changed his clothes and started working out in the restaurant while I was waiting for my food. Never going back I do not recommend this place.

"Ten friends and one bambino enjoying the delights of Villa Santoro - what more could we ask for? This amazing place has the real ‘wow’ factor, we’ve really enjoyed relaxing, swimming, drinking gallons of vino, eating like kings, laughing, pool games, siestas in the afternoons, cooking on the barbecue, making the most of the space and relaxing atmosphere. We visited Cisternino and Martina Franca markets, tasted amazing pecorino and bought kilos of fresh local fruit and vegetables.We dined at Bel Italia in Cisternino, tucked into pizzas in Martina Franca, visited vineyards and olive groves and had several walks in the lanes around the villa picking wild blackberries on the way. It has been 'trulli trulli amazing'."

My move to Kansas was a smooth transition, partly because of Holiday Apartments. Their website quote "home away from home" has truly felt like it, and it is in the perfect place with a nice, quiet environment. The staff treated me well during my application and move-in process, and they made sure my apartment was set in good condition. It's at a perfect place, too, right next to the highway yet still close to central Lawrence, as well as the library and the grocery store.

Regarding your customer service I can only say that in our interaction you have been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful; I can only thank you so much. Personnel from reception was very kind and also very helpful, attending our requests. The place itself I consider to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and -except on weekends- with daily cleaning service. The location is simply superb.
