It has been a few years since I last been to Holiday Villa. It was a pleasant surprise to see that they have changed their menu. We decided to give their new menu a try and ordered leek/chive pockets, beef noodle soup, noodles with black bean sauce, scallion pancake and corn chicken dumplings and they were amazing! The dishes were definitely better than I have expected. My family & I greatly enjoyed their handmade noodles. We will definitely be coming  back here!

Reservations & Deposits: Reservations are taken on a conditional basis. Your lease is fully confirmed once the landlord has executed it with their signature and payment has cleared. In order to secure your booking, your lease and deposit must be returned within 7 days. Deposits may be made by check, credit/debit card, or money order. Overseas transactions must be paid in US funds through a US bank, with any and all fees associated with payment being the sole responsibility of the TENANT. The processing and damage fee are required on all leases. Final payment and cleaning fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival. A late payment fee of $25 will be applied to all late payments.
Villa holidays are generally self-catering. Some homes are supplied with large, well-equipped kitchens while others will just have a kitchen corner or kitchenette. You should always have enough pots, pans etc. for the maximum amount of people that can occupy the villa, but if you're planning on a lot of cooking it's best to inquire about the nature of the facilities.

Valid forms of photo ID are required as proof of identity, and must be produced if requested. A maximum of 6 visitors may be on the premises at any one time, and visitors must leave by 11pm. We reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and to remove guests who breach any of the above conditions. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation.

Found a bug in my food on my last bite, totally disgusted I rushed back immediately to get a refund and the guy acted as if it was a big deal. He didn't apologize or anything! I'm NEVER eating there again and I advise you not to eat there as well unless if you like bugs in your dipping sauce. I'm taking legal action because I got sick from this place too! Save your money it's not worth it!

We had an great time exploring Dublin. 9 Grafton Street Apartments The apartments were very comfortable in a fantastic location with easy access to all the sights as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to prepare meals to eat in. Katie and Riona were friendly and nothing was too much trouble going out of their way to ensure that we had a hassle free stay. I would highly recommend the apartments and would not hesitate to stay their on our next trip to Dublin.

We go here ALL the time. Always on weekends for Dim Sum. We have always tried to get Dim Sum when we go to a new city, but it never beats this place. Their sticky rice is the best! They don't speak very good English, but they give amazing service!! They know us so well now and take care of us when we come in! I love the fact that they have reusable plastic chopstick because that is so much better for the environment! If you have never had Dim Sum and you like pork and shrimp you should get Har Gow and Shu Mai. Also the BBQ pork rice noodle is AMAZING and please get the sticky rice.
We loved it! This was a family vacation for our family that has grown as a different dimension. Our children are adults now and we also have a grandchild so this was a "different" family vacation for us…Everything we needed to stay in the house was there… We all enjoyed walking the beach and looking at the shells and other "creatures" that washed up on the beach.
