The outside space was amazing, very large secluded garden with loads of seating areas and the best pool (heated) we have ever had. The villa was furnished to an exceptional standard, with many extras included e.g. free wi-fi, sky tv with hundreds of films & hairdryers. The villa was far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough (10mns) for walking to restaurants in the Old Town at night. We were pleasantly surprised to have a maid service in the middle of our week and the pool was cleaned mid week too. Great to have an owner who called our first night to make sure everything was ok, and called again on our last night to check all was well. Luxury split level self-catering apartment at ground and garden level, has 3 bedrooms with stunning sea views across Crantock beach from the sitting/dining room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors out onto the terrace. There are a further two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, the other with twin beds.

Regarding your customer service I can only say that in our interaction you have been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful; I can only thank you so much. Personnel from reception was very kind and also very helpful, attending our requests. The place itself I consider to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and -except on weekends- with daily cleaning service. The location is simply superb.
